The Founder Mike Aho's career
Mike Aho – Executive Producer & Showrunner
Mike Aho is an accomplished executive producer, writer, and director specializing in unscripted television, documentaries, and branded entertainment. He currently serves as an executive producer on the YouTube series New Green Book.
Mike began his career in France, producing the award-winning Canal Plus documentary Pierre and Gilles: Love Stories(1997), Channel 4’s Sex Becomes Her, and the André Rau documentary, along with short films on legendary fashion photographers like Peter Lindbergh. He also produced several wildlife feature documentaries for TF1 and France 2 with Frédéric Lepage, as well as multiple French TV series focused on pop culture.
In the United States, Mike built an extensive career as a producer on major unscripted television series, including The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, So You Think You Can Dance, and American Idol for Core Media. He co-created the format for Dance Moms alongside Bryan Stinson, who discovered the cast. His work spans a wide range of hit reality and documentary series, including:

Mike also served as executive producer on Deliciously Entertaining and received Emmy nominations for Street Somm and the Emmy-winning series Worth the Hype.
